IT Sale Executive

Responsiblities:

1- To coordinate with the technical team for the development of product specifications and functionalities. 2- Developing a sales strategy and setting sales targets. 3- Consulting with IT developers and management on product offerings. 4- Identifying marketing opportunities to generate new sales leads. 5- Assessing potential clients' IT needs and recommending products. 6- Preparing and delivering sales pitches and product demonstrations. 7- Negotiating sales and service renewal contracts, as well as discounts and warranties. 8- Initiating after-sales technical support based on client requirements and feedback. 9- Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics. 10- Ensuring competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends.


IT Sale Executive skills:

  • A bachelor's or associate's degree in IT, business administration or a similar qualification.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in an IT sales environment.
  • Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionalities.
  • Advanced proficiency in IT industry terminology and jargon.
  • Ability to liaise with management and IT developers about sales strategies.
  • Exceptional ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Ability to evaluate client feedback and provide after-sales service.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, as well as industry trends and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication skills; both writing and verbal.
  • Languages: 2 languages are required (English, Arabic and Kurdish)
